1 lozenge contains:

active ingredients: 1.25 mg cetylpyridinium chloride; 1.23 mg lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate.

Excipients: Isomalt (E 953), ascorbic acid, tartaric acid, lemon oil (contains citral, D-limonene, linalool), honey flavouring (contains ethanol, propylene glycol (E 1520), cinnamyl alcohol, citronellol, geraniol, D-limonene, linalool), Quinoline Yellow (E 104), Ponceau 4R (E 124, azo dye), Patent Blue V (E 131).

The throat lozenges are suitable for diabetics. 

Lidocaine is a trusted local anaesthetic that provides fast relief for severe sore discomfort. It temporarily blocks the pain receptors in the mucosa, effectively soothing throat soreness and irritation.
